• Energy independence (PV + battery storage): We integrate modern photovoltaic systems with battery storage solutions. The building continuously monitors real-time energy production and battery charge levels. Surplus energy is stored for later use or intelligently consumed during peak demand—for example, for water heating, heat-pump operation, or electric vehicle charging.
• The brain of the system – Control4: Control4 serves as the user-facing heart of the building, unifying all subsystems into a single intuitive interface. From a smartphone or touch panel, users gain real-time control over energy management, windows, blinds, lighting, indoor and outdoor AV systems—and yes, even the home cinema. Everything under control, in one place.
• Maximum efficiency and comfort: Our solutions actively respond to weather forecasts and real-time energy pricing. When a sunny day is expected, the system prepares battery capacity and optimizes interior cooling to maximize the use of self-generated “green” energy. The result is exceptional occupant comfort combined with the highest possible level of energy self-sufficiency.
